Cancellation and refund policy
1). Cancellation of a ticket can be done at least an hour before the start of the event. A cancellation fee might be charged if mentioned in the event page.
2). Cancellation can be requested by sending an email to us using the same email as done when buying the tickets. it can also be done by filling up the cancellation form with the necessary details.
3). It takes 7-10 working days for a refund.
4). Refund will be done of the ticket cost only and not for any service charge or convenience fee that was paid when buying. Refund will be sent to the same account that was used to buy the tickets.
5). If refund amount is not received after issuing the refund in the time as mentioned here then the customer is requested to send us an email to notify us about the same.
